Return & Refund Policy

  • At Saijojo, we are committed to providing products that energize hair follicles through a caffeine-like effect, protect them from oxidative stress, and promote hair growth to prevent hair loss. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are not satisfied after this trial period but are still within our 30-day return window, please reach out and we will be happy to help.
  • We are confident in the transformative power of our products. If you are not satisfied after the initial 14-day trial period, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify your order, as it will have moved into processing. If your cancellation is made within this timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
